Refund policy

Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a frame that is broken or damaged upon delivery, we offer two options:

Full Refund: You may request a full refund for the damaged item.

Free Exchange: You can choose to exchange the item for a replacement at no additional cost.

Partial Refund: If the parcel appears to be damaged due to mishandling by the courier, the customer will need to contact the delivery service directly, as we are not responsible for this. However, as part of our commitment to providing good service, we will offer a 50% refund of the total amount.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a hassle-free refund or exchange, based on your preference.

Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind and would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style:

We will adjust the price to match the new item.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to the exchange.
Any price differences for the new size or style will be calculated and billed or refunded accordingly.


Non-Damaged Product Refunds
If the product you received is in perfect condition but you would still like to return it, you are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.


Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. If you wish to have the refund sent to a different account, please contact us at admin@photoframed.co.uk to arrange this.
