1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for returns or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Initiation of Return or Exchange

All returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@photoframed.co.uk.

3. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

Most items are eligible for returns or exchange. However, certain products, such as Used and Broken by customers, are non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received. We may deduct a 30% fee for restocking.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not in its original condition.

6. Refund and Exchange Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (30% fee deduction). If the original payment method is unavailable, then provide us with new details, and we will refund your amount.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as used, not in the original packing, or broken by customer.

10. Return Address

We have different production units, once you contact us we will provide you with the return address that will be nearest to your location.
